Deceased estate

Vodacom I am so frustrated and disappointed by the service we have received from vodacom. We are dealing with a passing of a loved one and you would think that they would help you make the process of getting your phone number into your name and the canceling of your loved ones contract easy… but no.

After many hours on the phone, unanswered emails and in and out of the local vodacom shop the number remains suspended and change if ownership is still not completed three weeks after the request.

No important calls can be received as the number is just suspended and we are spending massive amounts of money on a prepaid sim.

The lady helping us at vodacom Port Alfred is amazing but she too is having no luck with the head office.

I am always a person that believes in being patient and nice but it seems the only way I get vodacoms attention is this way. It’s terrible and extremely disappointing
