Deceased Claim Letter Query

We received a deceased claim letter from Vodacom for my late Father for a hardware account which Vodacom claim my late Father had. We sent an email to *** stating that my Father has no hardware account with vodacom for years now and requested feedback with proof of hardware they referring to. Its 4 months later and Vodacom has provided no feedback. We need to finalize my late Fathers documents and submit to the Master of the High Court. Vodacom needs to provide feedback urgently
