Debts account without any invoice for months

<p>I dont have a problem with paying for services, but when my account gets debted and i have no invoice, this frustrates me, as i have to carry the costs until an invoice is supp****. Vodacom has not released my invoice for January 2017 and we are sitting on the 1st of March! I need these invoices urgently as we are about to close off year end, and the slow invoice which has not been produced... but magically my account was debted for an amount... how can this be? If this takes any longer this will be revoked as a claim and i will have to pay for this... which is highly unfair. </p>
