Debting some fees on my account

I took a 2 year contract phone with vodacom at thohoyandou plaza, and that account was paid up, suprisingly they keep on debiting some fees on my account, I log the complain with them , but it was not sorted out. Then I endup going to my bank to stop them. Today I recieved a message from them that I owe them. If vodacom can help me out with this matter. Just quote the name of the person I should pay too including the account number. Hammond Pole, their account number *** then wanted me to use the ff ref number HP ***.
