Debt Orders and ********** Accounts

Vodacom has allowed two ********** accounts to be opened in my name in 2016- there was no signature from me OBVIOUSLY. when i took this up with them, their consultants were averagely helpful and normally didnt get back to me. I got the money reversed back into my account and the ********** accounts supossedly closed them down including my legit account.

Enter 2017.... this is happening ONCE AGAIN. debts from a ********** account that i am completely unaware of except for the debt orders coming off my bank account. No one can tell me who opened the account, when, where etc. I am not being helped just told to "come in"

This is happening way to often - i have been dealing with the same consultants from Vodacom yet an account is still being allowed to be opened even though i now have history of ********** activity.

Do Vodacom not ask for Identification anymore? how are they allowing this to happen? No other barriers are there for people opening accounts? like a call the day after to confirm that the account was opened!

So tired of this endless fight with Vodacom - seriously considering visiting the courts and Police stations now.

Ive had it Vodacom. No wonder i changed service providers
