DEBT NOT BEING REMOVED/ ICT RECORD NOT UPDATED
I settled my account on the 28th of October yet the debt still reflects on my Clearscore and Transunion accounts. When will the debt be removed and my name cleared? I have been talking to their debt collectors as well TJ Moadi by myself since I am not getting any help from Vodacom. I just need this debt removed since I have already paid it. Its almost a month now. Why is it taking this long?
Please remove this debt so I can move on with my life!
