Debt collection agents must be replaced

Vodacom would have continued to impress me if they simply did not create jobs that are not required. Like most companies, being paid on time especially from govt is a challenge. Paying our service providers unfortunately is affected. I am happy being cut when my bill is not paid as long as I get reconnected when I do pay. However, the debt collection department is so desperate to keep their jobs that their operators abuse the contact they have from the caller, even taking a condescending attitude with a paying customer, adding 'please pay on time in future'. WHAT A JOKE, Edna Sambo knows nothing about me other than I contribute a total of about R4000 to the vodacom budget per month. Vodacom, you have completely disappointed me today, this department can be replaced by an automated system and should as soon as possible. The supervisor, Senah Mkhondo, was surprisingly not on the floor either. Allowing your call centre operators to think they own Vodacom is a problem. I vote for automated systems to replace these people.
