debiting my account with R5000 instead of R500

I am disgusted with the incorrect information given by Sbusiso who assisted me when taking the Laptop contract at Greenstone Mall in March.<br> <br> 1. He told me that the laptop comes with microsoft office and everything else so all I have to do is switch it on and use it and to my suprise when I got home it didnt have it.<br> <br> Me and my husband even confirmed with him and he said YES it has microsoft office.<br> <br> 2. He told me that I wil be getting 1GB of data per month and once its depleted I will have to top up (Manually buy data) and then we confirmed AGAIN and he said YES its a top up account.<br> <br> I have been a loyal customer for years but this is just ********. <br> <br> I was told by (Shaun = Manager at Greenstone mall) all charges for extra data usage to be reversed and be paid back all bank charges. Vodacom debits my account as they please. on the 08th of July 2015 vodacom debited my account with R5240.07. Bear in mind i have a contract with them to deduct R289 per month for 24 months.
