debiting money out of my account

Debiting Money out of my account - How many times do you guys want to debit money i just Receive my phone in the beginning of the week you Debited R225 for what ? and then i see my bill at the end of the month is going to be over R800 ? For a R600 device and which you false advertised in any way- and i requested a return on the product ?
