Debiting from my Account as a prepaid

Hi There,

I requested in February month to buy out my contract at Vodacom and they gave me a quote which was R10730.18. I paid that money and the following day they sent me an SMS to state that my sim card is now on Prepaid, which means that all the money have been paid for. As far as my knowledge is concerned, they will never change your card to Prepaid until your contract is fully paid for.

Now end of March, Vodacom Deducted R1505.00 from my account and it is supposed to be R149.00 only for the data modem.

I have been numerous times at Vodacom Centre in Greenacres to help me and then the answer the Accounts dept say I am on the Smart M package. How can I be om Smart M package if they sent me an SMS to say I am on Prepaid.

What is my rights as a client? If you want a happy client, please don't deduct money from an account that is fully paid.
