Debited for an account that i closed and paid the early cancellation amount in February. emailed POP's and went to vodacom outlets still no help

Vodacom return the R2113.52 that you took from my account today, i closed and paid off that account in February and you have been failing to close it even after i had emailed the proof of payment numerous times to early cancellations and customer services. Return my money!! what you are doing is ******* especially because your customer care lines are always cutting us when we phone, so it is impossible to reach you.

Vodacom you have not made contact with me, i emailed you the quotation that i got from you on the 18.02.2024, my proof of payment dated 18.02.2024, the email that i sent to early cancellations on the 19.02.2024 with POP and your quotation attached. I also sent the email that i sent to you on the 23.02.2024 alerting you that i received an sms for my next debit order yet the contract has been paid up.

Pay my R2113.52 back into my account, i do not owe you anything.

Vodacom i call you everyday for an update but you are no one is assisting me i am sent from pillar to post, please pay me my money back i do not owe you, that is money for my children's food that you have taken authorized from my bank account.

Vodacom please pay me my money back, the email that you said was going to be sent to me confirming that my query will be resolved in 3-7 working days never arrived, it 3 - 7 working days have past also.

Please pay me my R2113.52 back my children are starving because you took their money for food. Pay my money back i do not owe you anything. Pay my money back please.

Vodacom its almost a month since you wrongfully deducted R2113.52 from my bank account causing a financial deficit for my family, why are you so cruel that you keep money that is not yours and not pay it back? even after you have admitted that you wrongfully deducted it by error.
