Debit orders still go off after cancellation

31 Dec I cancelled my contract to go on prepaid and paid the FULL amount of R4 340.22 that was outstanding. The same day I received a confirmation e-mail with ref nr: EC-0XSF-2IC3X1. 4 Jan, I received another e-mail to confirm that \Cancellation is loaded as per request received\".

However, without my knowledge as this has not been communicated to me after speaking to staff in store as well as on the phone before cancellation OR on the final form I signed, debit orders for the monthly payments I USED to pay, went off again on 4 Jan as well as the 1 Feb. 4 Jan because of Dec airtime I received and 1 Feb because of one more payment they deduct when you stop a contract..apparently. This is unacceptable! According to me, \"Full amount\" means EVERYTHING, NOT other hidden costs that nobody or no paper told you about too!

Seeing that I'm overseas, my dad went in store to complain. Apparently they can't deal with the situation if Vodacom is already busy with it, so I e-mailed again. This time on 4 Feb, received a confirmation e-mail with ref nr: EC-04QO-8JVMC and that was it! No feedback! I want an explanation and my money back!"
