******** DEBIT ORDERS BY VODACOM
My FNB cheque account got debit R364-00 for July 2023 for data not even used because my 24 months contract ended on the 23 May 2023
The first ******* debit order took place on the 25 June 2023
I keep on getting statement from VODACOM for data not even used. Today I forced to pay an ******ion of R464-88 because I disputed a debit order of R364-00
I went to Sandton Vodacom Store and made numerous calls to demand cancellation of month- to- month of data which I didn't approve. Every time when one makes a cancellation, the call center agents puts ones on hold to deliberately drain the caller not to get through for confirmation of cancellation.
I want my refund of R464,88

If this is how the VODACOM generates its revenues in exploitation of a black man, I’m not going to allow such even my account. I have alluded in numerous occasion to your branch for cancellation but you have undermined my rights but I will approach my request in an EFF angel, please expect me next week on Monday ( 24th August 2023) I have any rights stipulated on the Freedom Charter and Constitutions to express freedom speech/ expression and frustration when it comes to manipulation or ******ion of money that benefit white monopoly capitalists worse in this difficult economical era were inflation has been hiked to milk black middle class to loose their human dignity and belongings. - Annexure A is a contract stipulating that I agreed for data contract from 24-05-2021 till 23-05-2023, agreed time frame on page 2 ( No month- to- month contract was signed by both parties)
- Annexure B is statement of debit for July 2023 which I disputed but was hold on ransom to pay data I didn’t utilize;
- Annexure C is unfair payment made today as an ******ion from a law abiding black yuppie which I demand refund of because cost of life due to white monopoly capitalist has put in our throat
