05 Aug 2024, 15:19You are currently debiting me although I’m not even a customer of yours. One of your reps confirmed that someone in Meyerton (I’ve never even been there) took a package. Now you expect me to fill in your stupid affidavit forms, have it signed by a commissioner of oaths and jump through a million hoops so I prove to you that I didn’t take a package. How about you prove to me that I did?!
Nonetheless, I’ve sent you your so-called procedural documents. Upon asking when and through which medium I’d receive feedback, the answer is simply that you cannot say, its with your ***** department.
I wonder if my time would be better spent creating a dedicated Vodacom complaints site to showcase your ineptitude that trying to go back and forth with you.
