Debit Order Theft

<p>I was contacted over a year ago by someone who said they are affiliated with Vodacom. They bul**** me into agreeing to a data device for R49 per month. I phoned and cancelled it as I have wifi at home and realized I do not need it. They said that they are sending someone to fetch it, but it was never collected. I have phoned on numerous occations to ask when this device will be collected, at my cost. Ive had the debit orders reversed, Ive complained on hellopeter previously about the Company that called on behalf of Vodacom, and they assured me they would collect and cancel. I called vodacom now and I held until I was eventually cut off. I am an unemployed mother of 2 and we live with my father who does not get a pension. I hope you feel proud to be *****ing from the poor!!!!</p>
