Debit Order Switched

I changed banks from Nedbank to FNB. Changed my details and the next two months debit order went off from my FNB account, no problem. After that, the debit order keeps trying to go off from Nedbank again, even though I went to a Vodacom store AND spoke to someone at their call centre. Is Vodacom going to reimburse me for the failed debit orders? I will be surprised if an agent contacts me, I am not going to renew my subscription with Vodacom

For the second month in row I have received a call from an agent stating my account is in arrears. I then have to do an EFT. This is affecting my credit rating, why is it taking so long to solve this issue?

Still no reply, Vodacom's customer service is really horribly shocking
