Debit order ********
<p><strong>I am so ****ed off with Vodacom. My husband`s contract ended end of April 2016 but Vodacom had a fine chick to debit money at the end of May 2016 as well, He phoned in and was told that he was going to be reimbursed within 14 working days..... 14 working days had passed and he called again, he was then told to email his bank statement through, done that and still no feedback. He phoned again and empty promises of 7-14 working days again and still nothing. If a person owes Vodacom money you will contact that person everyday but now the roles are reversed and now a CUSTOMER has to CALL 1000TIMES to get their MONEY back! this is soooo not on! I want this sorted out ASAP! Or else I will take it to the ombudsman. </strong></p>

once again.... my husband spoke to Malebogo nakedi and yet empty promises was made!
Vodacom debits R239.00 for fun and says they will pay back R220.00 and here we are waiting for TWO MONTHS! Seriously? I hope this will be sorted out once and for all and that the full amount of R239.00 is paid back.
Another msg that was received from Vodacom(Empty Promise):
Dear Customer Your refund request has been prepared on the 2016-07-26. The monies will be credit to your bank account within 7 - 14 working days.
