DEBIT ORDER OVER CHARGE

I have been a Vodacom customer for more than a decade. Last month (October 8) I got an email that stated that my request to add a new data bundle has been approved. I called Vodacom the next day and told them it was a *****ulent transaction.

They gave me an email address and I sent them all the details they requested and got feedback after a few days stating that the amount that went of my account (R168) will be credited.

This month on the 2nd of November a random debit order in excess of more than R2000 of my normal debit order went off my account.

I went to the closest Vodacom store, and they contacted the subscriber collection department. I spoke to Dumisani Shongwe and he confirmed that it was a mistake, and the amount will be credited into my bank account within the next 7 business days.

7 days later I had to follow up again as there was no feedback, and I was now told that a credit has been loaded to my Vodacom account and that to have the credit paid over back into my bank account was a different process, restarting the whole process again...

Can someone please contact me with the actual correct process, or better yet provide the credit that I have now repeatedly requested for the money that was taken out of my account without my permission or knowledge.
