My data contract expired on the 31/01/2017, and my last debit order was scheduled for the 07/01/2017.

On the 01/02/2017 my contract never migrated to Prepaid, so I corresponded with Vodacom and it was fixed on the same day.

On the 07/02/2017 My Vodacom debit order went through again, so I called Vodacom and Vodacom said that they would refund me.

Today it is the 17/02/2017 and I have not yet been refunded.

Vodacom defenatly does not obey their word.

I am very disappointed in Vodacom and thinking of changing to another network.

When you are a Contract customer you are everything, but when you are a prepaid customer you are nothing.
