Debit Order Issue

I called on Tuesday, 18 June 2019 to confirm when my debit order is going off and was informed that the debit order was requested on the 15 June already however, nothing has gone off my account.

I then called again today, 20 June 2019 at 13:13 and spoke to Gloria (call ***) to inquire when the debit order will be going off and she said that it was requested on the 18 June 2019. Still to date nothing has been deducted. You are so quick to list on the bureau because I am sure this is negatively affecting my credit record. I have made a request last month that the debit order is to be reinstated and was told that it the request has been honoured and that it will go off on the 15 June 2016. We are on the 20 June 2019 as stated above as well and still nothing.

Please advise.
