Debit order issue
In short, Vodacom is billing me more and more every month without reason. So I call them 082135 and as soon as I speak to someone (Lindiwe) they put the phone down on me.
I just want my account sorted out. Vodacom is not allowed to change my debit order about when i signed for a fixed amount for 24 months.
