Debit order has returned

Not even 2 months later, and I have again problems with Vodacom!!! Again a new line!!! I have more than enough money in my account for the new line's deduction, I just received an sms the the debit order has returned. I contacted Vodacom AGAIN and ask what is going on, I have more than enough money in my account and did not even receive any sms from my bank, \I'm sorry it was a Vodacom error
