DEBIT ORDER DISAPPOINTMENT

Hi. My debit order date is set for last day of the month. Due to my salary going in on the last day of the month. This month vodacom Debited me 29th May. Which resulted in a unpaid debit order . How does vodacom expect me to have money in my account on the 29th when I only get paid on the last day of the month???? This has resulted in an unpaid charge from my bank of R100 as well. Nower does it say that vodacom debits last working day of the month. It states if ur debit order date falls on a weekend or public holiday it will be Debited on the next business day Also vodacom has blockt my number from calling stating they recieved high call volumes from my number. Which service provider does this??? My high volume of calls was due to a recent contract upgrade which I had to do numerous follow ups due to stock issues. Upon using another phone to contact vodacom the agent told me they can redebit me.. And there will also be a unpaid charge of R188!!!! My debit order has never been unpaid before.... This is the 1st time and is due to my salary only going in on the last day of the month. This is also going to reflect negatively on me if I have to apply for anything in future. Which is really not on! My debit order is R214, bank unpaid is R100 plus vodacom wants to charge me R188 unpaid fee. This adds up to R502. Really? I don't have this kind of money especially during these trying times.... Just for a debit done early on your side. Please can this be looked into
