debit order date my ass....

I've been with Vodacom for a few years now and never before have I been this infuriated! I took out a cellphone contract last year and since December 2015, my debit orders are not going off on the date I indicated.

If I say I want the order to go off on the 15th of each month, I expect it to do so. Instead it keeps going off 4 or 5 days later. In April, I had a financial emergency where I had to withdraw almost all my money, leaving about R300. My contract is R570 more or less so obviously the transaction was reversed. Now my credit recoding has a little red dot next to it because this company obviously cannot understand how a calander works. Also when I signed my contract I asked for the 15th and according to customer service, it is recorded as the 16th.... what the hell Vodacom?!

I called the customer service line today and my enquiry can only be answered within 2 working days! So my phone is going to be barred tomorrow and I can only be assistedin 2 working days! Meaning I won't have the use of my phone all weekend... I will NOT pay anything, I asked to be debited on the 15th of every month not 3 days thereafter!

Furthermore, I am now being hounded by a machine phonecall insisting that I pay a R100 penalty fee by tomorrow the 10th. The closest Vodacom is about 30km away from my house. So you mean to tell me that this company's neglegence is now fully my problem? I am now going to have a barred phone tomorrow because of R100?

I am appalled at the "customer service" Vodacom is providing. NOT IMPRESSED AND HIGHLY ANNOYED
