Debit order charges

I previously reported about vodacom regarding them over charging for a reverse debit order yet arrangement was made for cash payment, i got a call from vodacom regarding it and they said they will listen to the call and get back to me its over a month now and I'm still waiting for the call back and when I called i was told to wait for the call back, how long does it normally takes for calls to be listened to
