Debit order charges
Good day, Firstly I have 2 complaints.I received a sms that I owe Vodacom R100, when speaking to the consultant I learned that it’s because my debit order bounced. BTW I was also charged by the bank. So Vodacom have decided that they will charge their customers extra R100 for debit orders that bounced. This is day light *******. Is this even allowed. I have never heard of this. Can the consumer protection act, look into this. They have found a way to ***** from us. A quick buck. I was told if I don’t pay my services will be suspended Secondly I have a migration refund that is due since, August, can someone approve it I have made several calls.. no refund But you are quick to add unnecessary fees..
