debit order and upgrade fiasco

Good day

I have been a client of vodacom for 7 years and I tried to do an online upgrade to the effect that they somehow botched up my upgrade badly , to the point of me calling them so many times a day as the order was incorrect.

They somehow ordered the same phone I have which btw is a samsung note 5 with a gear s2, and I was trying to order a huwei p8 lite online.

A gentele di d managed to assist me with regards to csancelling the order but he admitted as well as to not using the online facility to order an upgrade to my existing contract.

I spoke to him last week friday.

Today I spoke to a lady who was not rude but who did not know when vodacom started charging client, extra fees upon a debit order not being honoured. My bill was R1000, and it bounced, as there were 3 other debit orders on the same day, I did however pay them cash last week saturday at a vodacom shop in Sandton city Nelson Mandela Square. I was told today that I am in arrears for R100?????????????????????? From where in the blue hell do they get this Fee from????????????? Now I cannot upgrade as I am outstanding R100. The consultant could not answer my questions and refered me back to the call centre who probably also could not answer the question of when did Vodacom start billing an extra fee of R100 for an dishonoured Debit order. I feel this is bull **** treatment and you can check the vodacom logs , at this point IO am happy to run this stupid contract out and go to Telkom for better deals and service. I had to follow up on a online upgrade which should of been painless and simple not stressful and annoying!!!!!!!!!!!!
