Debit order and bundle

The debit order for the month of September has not gone off. Process date is the 20th and has still not been taken off my account. I have also received an SMS for the following number *** stating that the bundle has run out but I do not have such a number. I want this investigated asap and will not be paying for a ********** number added to my account. I want a detailed statement before this debit order goes off showing that the above mentioned number is not part of my account.
