DEBIT ORDER

Good day, my debit order normally goes off on the 20th of each month, this month my account was only debited on the 24th, without any notification as to why the debit order was delayed, i had to have my bank honour my debit order as there was no cash available, and have fees incurred to have the debit order honoured, i find this unacceptable as the agreed debit order date is for the 20th
