Debit order

In May 2016 I changed my bank account. My new bank setup a debit order switching. All my debit orders was sucessfully changed, except Vodacom. I then visited my local Vodacom store and personally asked to have my bank account details for my debit order changed. Completed and signed. Then come the following month the debit order was again requested from my previous bank account. After I have given them written instruction. In effect being charged for this mistake. I then contacted the accounts department enquiring about the incorrect debit order. They then also changed the bank details telephonically. Come August same story debit order from wrong bank. Phoned accounts again, spoke to Rowan who changed it again. On 24 August received text for credit note of R87,72. 2 Days later started receiving non-stop phone calls and text messages. Phoned customer services asked to speak to manager/supervisor. Told her my sTory to her,she tells me it is because of insufficient funds - yet I have tried to change my bank account for the past couple of months. Paid in store for that duration. She then requested 3 months bank statement from my current bank, which I provided to my local shop showing that Vodacom NEVER requested a debit order. I am still waiting for feedback and is now constantly being harassed by Vodacom over a R199. What must I do I have never experienced such terrible service.

Best regards,
Thank you for your response, no clear answers given as to why my debit order was never changed. That said who is going to pay for my bank charges for repeatedly requesting debit orders from the wrong account??

And still no reply from Vodacom, looks like I will have to go to the ombudsman. Thank you Vodacom
