Debit more than They should!

Yesterday (29/02/16) instead of my usual R199 debited from my account i see an amount of R311.28 please explain to me how this happens you are a multi-million Rand company ..or wait did i answer my own question ?thats why you are so lucrative.<br> <br> Oh i might add i rarely use my sim ,how rarely you might ask?at the moment i have about R359 airtime so explain that R100 odd extra charges.<br> <br> I really dont want to get upset with your call center agents please lets sort this out soon...<br> <br> <br> My vodacom number ***<br>
