debit issue
Vodacom is really ****ing me off right now because I understands my order failed due to communication reason,but they have been debiting me everymonth R220 but I have no phone,when I go direct they tell me to call and when I call no one answers,and so I got fed up and decided to go to mtn direct for a contract phone,but its delaying because vodacom is still active and i want it off plus i want my money too,i feel *****ed by yall.vodacom chat is also useless because ive been texting for help not even emails are sent to me

17 Oct 2019, 15:58Am still not a happy customer because the same thing happend for the 3rd time time in which vlive or whatever tech company is handling your services and same keep calling me and taking my ****en personal details and i still do not have my device,they keep telling me about life covers and ******* am not interested in so vodacom or vlive beg yall to cut of all my pending orders with yal do not debit anything out of my account ive already approached cell c
