Debit amounts that are ridiculous

<p>I took my mother for an Upgrade. She upgraded to a TOP UP Package, with a set amount to be debited each month for the new device and airtime that comes with the contract. This is her first month of this contract and from signing a contract of R258.50 she has been billed and debitted for R2760.00</p> <p>The vodacom shop assistant accused my mother of owning a laptop, wifi and other devices of which she has never had in her life. Working a touch screen is hard enough and now they saying that my mother owns other technological equipment. Vodacom is *********** !</p> <p> </p> <p>This is ridiculous!! When i took my mom to a vodacom shop they were unable to assist us! </p> <p>Vodacom is a ***** for money from pensioners! </p>
