Debit amounts always exceed agreed upon cost

My debit orders are always more than the contract amount I agreed to and the statement does not offer sufficient information to show where the extra costs come from! I tried customer service but keep getting a bot that can't resolve my issues. When I showed my dissatisfaction with the service, it responded "Incorrect answer. Try again later"
