Debit after settling contract

I recently called vodacom to settle my contract prematurely, I was informed that I will be liable for 75% of the value of the package and the full value of the phone, I was okay with this and they sent me a quote, i remember i spoke to Mpume from the retentions department, she informed me the quote is valid for the 13 days and told me as soon as I make payment and email proof of payment and my ID the contract will be terminated and no more deductions will be made on my account . I went to the vodacom store at the workshop in Durban and Terence assisted me with the payment and he also informed me that as soon as I email the documents no debit order will go off this month, I submitted the documents on the 24th and got a confirmation sms yesterday but I was still debited this morning after being told by 2 Vodacom employees that I will not be debited. Can this please be rectified as I had paid the full amount as per the quote. The whole point of me settling the contract was on the basis that no more debits would be raised by Vodacom on my account, else I would have not cancelled my contract.
