DEBIT
They didnt debit their money for my monthly subscription and if thy expect me to pay penalty they are wrong because there's money in my acc I'd rather mobe to another network

Thank you for taking the time to raise your concern.
As per our telephonic discussion, Vodacom sends debit order requests to banks 2-3 working days before the debit date so that the bank can process the required debit orders.
I've send the copy of your Vodacom Statement showing that the debit order was in fact requested for your Vodacom Account. Bank respond within 3 working days of the debit order date to inform Vodacom if the debit order was successful.
