Dear vodacom Your Services Suck!!!!!

dear vodacom your services absolutely suck....... we have been struggling for 4 months to get our fiber reallocate and debits has been made in full every month but yet its an endless struggle phone call after phone call up to 40minz per call...... still till today we do not have our fiber..... then i did an online upgrade that then delivery was a completely disaster that then led us to have had to cancel the online order. I then went into a vodacom shop where a very nice lady assisted me to get the upgrade done. 3 days after receiving the device i started having problems that then led me to take the phone back. We then received a sms saying that we can can go in store to collect a new device..... just to get there and for them to say the credit has not been approved yet (why send a sms then to say come collect???) 3 days later we went back and it was the same story so this month i will be paying for a new phone i dont even have!!!!!!! Vodacom you are going have no clients left if this is the service that we are receiving????????? NOT HAPPPPPPY
