Dear Hellopeter I have a complaint about Vodacom and their insurance section.. I bought a laptop from them over 1 and a half years ago.. I never ordered insurance from them and I've realized about a month ago they were taking R224.35 every month from my account for insurance.. I've been trying to contact them to reverse this , sitting sometimes on the phone for up to 15 to 20 minutes trying to get through.. the music plays over and over without result.. I now need someone to call me.. I'm tired of trying to contact them, also by not answering the call they will benefit from taking my money on a monthly basis.. already so much has been taken.. please help me. Thanku Ms Hosking
