DEAN FROM ADMIN TEAM AND NOT A CLIENT SERVICE PERSON
I was called to do an migration on at the end of May on my cellphone contracts. I've been an client with Vodacom for 20 plus years and I have never been treated the wat I was today by one of your consultants that called by the name of Dean from your Admin Department. All your calls are recorded like you always say so please go listen to that call. So a summary of what I have experienced the last 2 months. I called the end June when I got a for almost R3000 informing them I did not agree to that and asked them to listen the call. I was promised that time yes they will escalate it and get back to me. I called again in June following, again told they gonna escalate it. My bill went off the end of June called again to follow-up, again told they gonna escalate it. July I get another bill for R3000, called again to follow-up. Again on the 11th of July I spoke with Phumzile in your aftersales team, would was awesome coz she reversed the migration and escalated my previous bills again. Today the 26th of July I called again to follow-up as no one called me back. Spoke with Edwin in the aftersales team, he got in contact with Phumzile again and they escalated my query again. Then I get a call back from Dean, who apparently does not deal with Customer Care, he deals with Admin queries. I was told in a very rude manner, to "Listen, YOU customers want to agree to things and afterwards want to say you did not agree to that" I was like WOW okay so that is how you speak to a client of almost 20 years....I am not leaving this...I need someone to please contact me and provide me with proper feedback and an apology for the way I was treated and spoken too. The number Dean called me from was ***
