Dean Davids and Vodacom does not care about customer service.
Zero assistance from Vodacom Customer service. After speaking to a person by the name of Dean Davids to discuss an issue I am experiencing, my opinion dismissed was simply dismissed and no effort was forthcoming to resolve. When I asked to speak to a manager to discuss my options I was refused. Therefore from my perspective, dean Davids and Vodacom are not interested in customer service at all.
