Deals not available as advertised in brochures

Game advertises a deal from 7/4/16 - 19/4/16 but the deal is not loaded onto the system, thus they cannot do any upgrades. Today is the 12/4/16 and the deals are still not loaded onto the system!!<br> This is unacceptable to advertise deals and to not have them available in the period specified!
