DEALING WITH RUDE AND ILLMANNERED STAFF AT BALLITO VODACOM 4U!!

Today I called in at Vodacom 4U in Ballito. Spoke to a very dismissive and arrogant Indian girl named NICOLE, for every question I asked she kept speaking over me saying "this is not a call center it's a shop". I am not sure if she thought I didn't know that when I called in, I then explained what I needed which was my arears. She gave me a large number and I again said I need arears of which she responded and said "you can minus from the number I gave you"..I then said no I will not cos firstly she was giving me the wrong info. I asked for her manager, and she called a half-asleep Mayur who was a s rude to a point where he told me he will deal with his rude consultant and it's their business how he does that not mine! I then said thanks and closed the fone!! VODACOM4U THIS IS DIGUSTING BEHAVIOUR FROM YOUR STAFF, BONGANI, DAVID AND SKHA FROM THE OTHER VODACOMS MUST TEACH THOSE 2 SOME MANNERS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE TIPS THEY REALLY NEED IT.
