Deal with my account, now that the contract is over

My last statement formally from Vodacom was dated 03 February 2019 for account I***, amount due R 1 739.25. Also as per my three bank statement available, that full amount was deducted from my account in January 2019 and I reverse it and I informed Vodacom. On the 28th February 2019 the correct amount of R 400.00 as per my agreement with Vodacom was debited. Again on the 29th March 2019 another R 400.00 was debited and again Vodacom stopped debiting my account without any communication to me. In July 2019 my account was handed over to Burnard Raaff & Associates and I made contact on the 30 July 2019 with the associates. I furnished the associate with all information she requested as I was disputing the amount they were collecting for Vodacom. When I was doing a follow-up on the status of the account they informed me that account was closed on their side by Vodacom. In February 2020 T.J. Maodi Inc was the company I needed to pay R 4 242.26 and settle my Vodacom account with. This amount I am disputing and I have provided the company with proof of what I last owed Vodacom and that my account was debited twice and the balance I should be owing Vodacom is R 939.25 not the amount being claimed by them.

My personal account at Standard Bank, which I have been using for more than 10 years was been debited monthly by Vodacom for an amount of +/- R300. The account stopped getting a Vodacom debit in May 2018. In January 2019 contact and an arrangements were made with Vodacom on the outstanding amount of R1 739.25. An amount of R400 was going to be debited monthly. The first debit that went off was for the whole amount, this was reversed and Vodacom contacted. In February 2019 the correct amount was debited and the same for March. Again the debit stopped without consulting with me. I am failing to understand that a mistake that had being made by Vodacom on two instances is making me liable for an amount that is way more than I am truly owing on the account. Mistakes done by Vodacom employees or their system, I cannot be penalized and pay for them. So as such I am disputing to pay an amount that is way more than I owe and I would like Vodacom to resolve this issue as a matter of urgency. If Vodacom cannot absolve this account, please contact me by 30th July 2020.

The legal collection department (Dumisani Shongwe) refer me to another collection company MBD, as the information from their side has been handed over to this company and they cannot assist me. I have been blacklisted on no fault from myside. The money I owe Vodacom, I can settle but not an amount that is 4 times more.
