Deal on their Catalogue but yet discontinues
As per vodacom deal sheet , that’s ending 01 April I wanted the iPhone air that’s available for purchase that’s on sale for R500 for 36 months . I called Vodacom today on the 11th March . I am told was discontinued last week. Was never removed nothing . I am told I can’t find it . Yet I wanted 2 of them and an Apple iPad am told they can’t do the contract has to be individual . I asked how much iPhone air she said R800 per month 512 yet when I check online it says R699 . Vodacom seems not to be improving . Not sure if the employees are concern about commission or Vodacom not honest. There deal still on according to me coz still on their deal sheet and hasn’t been removed.

12 Mar 2026, 14:47The matter wasn’t resolved. The Store Catalogue is as of 6 March to 1 April . Only few days since the catalogue was published and most stores don’t have stock how is it possible. Maponya mal, the glen , South Gate , East Gate even called Durban . How is it possible unless Vodacom is falsely advertising . Why included in the catalogue if Vodacom knew they don’t have stock. Online store catalogue and Store catalogue are the same but iPhone air that’s on special for R500 not available . Online consultant couldn’t assist coz its store query and not online . Very disappointed . This is very wrong
