Deal not honored!

End November 2018 I upgraded (renewed) my Vodacom contract via the online store. The package I selected was for the iPhone 6 with beats earphones and top dog voucher. The phone was delivered, but the rest not. I have repeatedly phoned customer service (and the sales assistant), but after 4 months no one has bothered to honor the deal I selected. I spoke to the sales assistant again today and set a deadline for feedback for end of business today. This was once again not honored. If Vodacom refuses to honor their own deals they can fetch the phone. I can get better deals at other service providers!
