Deal Matching

i called Vodacom to see if they could assist me with a Deal matching so after being moved from department to department i finally got a guy that showed promise and after telling him about the deal MTN has on a 36month contract for a iPhone 6s 64gig for R3999 p/m the guy wanted me to take a contract for R600 for 24month after carefully explaining what it it that i the customer wants the man simply said no he cannot match the deal after offering us such great service over the year with a clear knowledge that this is a Buyers market we get bottom of the barrel no-can-do attitude from vodacom staff who are in no way able to assist a customer<br> <br> this is shocking
