Deal match promises

I would like to state, that I have received nothing but absolute terrible service from your retention department. Aside from holding on for ever, to empty promises regarding calling me back, to the team leader not understanding what he has smsed me and all for what a Deal Match. I have been a loyal customer to Vodacom for a number of years, have never missed a payment and would like to remain a loyal customer but the level of service I have received from the retention department is absolutely **********
