DEAL MATCH NOT FULFILLED

I contacted your cancellations department to cancel my contract, as I wished to switch to another SP, but was offered a deal match by Mpho. She offered me 100 free minutes, 100 Vodacom to Vodacom minutes, 1.2GB data, free CLIP/Itemized billing etc. I received delivery of the phone and SIM but the data was activated on the old SIM with none of the above mentioned minutes being provided. I called your Call Centre and they escalated my complaint 2x days ago for resolution, but i haven't received any feedback as yet. I have not switched over to the new phone as I am not certain if Vodacom will fulfill what was offered to me. If this cannot be resolved - please collect your phone and cancel my contract IMMEDIATELY! I am NOT interested in continuing my relationship with you guys.
