Deal match is a lie

Disappointed customer again

Vodacom says that they can deal match, which is a lie from my experience, I want to do an upgrade and I saw a deal from dion wired and I asked vodacom cancellation department if they can do the same deal as dion wired is only doing it on new lines and they said they can't do the deal as it's a vodacom deal, I don't understand what's the difference as I am doing a vodacom upgrade, the problem with vodacom is they are not consistent which is unfair, I am customer of 11 years and they picking and choosing there customers
