deal match department inefficient

<p>I approached vodacom upgrades dept to do a deal match for me over a month ago. Ive spoken to several consultants but sorry to say that all that I spoke to at upgrades promised to get back to me but never did. After over a month waiting and going back and forth , a consultant by the name of lebogang got back to me on a matched deal which was given to her by the "deal match department". Whilst trying to update the deal on her system to do the upgrade she came back to me stating that deal match dept didn't update it on the system. now I don't know how much longer that dept will delay me further. This is all so frustrating. Could vodacom deal match dept show some effeciency and professionalism here. Does it take over a month to match a deal?????</p>
